Managing Weight Expectations Course
The Managing Weight Expectations course is a 4-week ONLINE group course. It provides participants with a better understanding of WHY the body may gain weight and for some people, why it can be so difficult to keep it off long-term. Most importantly, the course provides an overview of treatment options and a new way of looking at our weight, health and expectations.
