In these four videos, Physiotherapist Cristin Kargus guides you through gentle, mindful movements to help you reconnect with your body.

Suitable for all levels of mobility and fitness, these sessions combine exercise, mindful breathing and relaxation techniques to help you reduce pain and tension, improve joint mobility, build strength and calm your mind.

Qigong Movement Practice

Mobilize your whole body and balance your nervous system in this session inspired by Qigong, a practice that blends rhythmic breathing, gentle flowing movements and positive imagery.

Boost joint mobility and build strength in your shoulders, hips and back with this mat-based session. You’ll pair light stretches and flowing movements with intentional breathing to enhance joint function, reduce tension and activate muscles.
