Dr. Jocelyn Zwicker

Dr. Jocelyn Zwicker is the Vice President of The Ottawa Hospital Medical Staff Association, a Neurologist at The Ottawa Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Ottawa.

Dr. Zwicker completed medical school at the University of Toronto followed by Neurology residency and a Neuromuscular fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She has been practicing as a neurologist and neuromuscular specialist for over 20 years. She completed the Quality and Patient Safety Leadership Program at the Telfer School of management in 2015. From 2013 to 2021 she was the Director of Quality and Patient Safety for the Division of Neurology at The Ottawa Hospital. Her research interests include palliative care for patients with neurological conditions including ALS.

Ex-officio governors are appointed for as long as they hold the position in The Ottawa Hospital or other organization that entitles them to a seat on the Board according to the Administrative By-law.at on the Board according to the Administrative By-law.
