Mante Molepo

Mante Molepo is the founder and CEO of Mante Molepo Consulting. She partners with boards and senior leaders to advance organizational diversity equity and inclusion. Mante began her career practicing international trade law with the federal government, where she worked on the negotiations of some of Canada’s most ambitious free trade agreements, including the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement. She is also a member of the Ontario Bar Association Council, representing the East Region.

An award-winning community leader, Mante is a founding member and former chair of Parents for Diversity; an organization committed to addressing equitable and inclusive education. She is also a former Director of Amnesty International Canada and the Parkdale Food Centre.

Mante holds a BCL/LLB from McGill University’s Faculty of Law and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She also has her designation in corporate governance with the Institute of Corporate Directors.

When she is not consulting, Mante is a proud hockey and soccer mom.
