Nathalie is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Quebec and has been working in health-care finances since 1998 where she specialized in audits of not-for-profit organizations.  She has over 14 years of experience in a leadership capacity in the area of financial services within the health-care sector.

In 1998, after working four years as an auditor for KPMG LLP, she entered the health-care field as a financial analyst for Bruyère Continuing Care and in 2000 became the joint Corporate Controller for the Hawkesbury General Hospital and the Winchester District Memorial Hospital.  In February 2002, Nathalie joined The Ottawa Hospital accepting the position of Manager, Budget and Reporting. Two years later, she assumed the role of Director, Budget and Reporting.  In January 2010, Nathalie was appointed Corporate Controller overseeing the functions of General Accounting, Revenues and Receivables as well as Financial Planning and Analysis.

On June 29, 2015, Nathalie became the Executive Vice-President of Finance and Business Development for the Hospital.
