Helping you stop smoking

Our quit-smoking counsellors can help you reduce or stop smoking.

We can prescribe quit smoking aids and help you come up with a quit plan to maximize your chances of success

In some cases, we can help you access free nicotine patches. We can also support you while you are quitting or reducing. Appointments are by phone or in person.

Don’t hesitate to contact us even if you are just thinking about making a change. Even the smallest change can improve your overall health.  We are here to help.

Appointments

To make an appointment, speak to one of our front desk staff or any health care provider in our clinic. Note that this service is only available to rostered patients of the Civic and Riverside Family Health Teams.
