Ontario Prenatal Education 
A directory of prenatal education classes.

Ottawa Childbirth Education Association   
A not-for-profit organization that provides Prenatal Classes, the Bringing Baby Home class, CPR and Infant Massage for families expecting in Ottawa.

Healthy Babies Healthy Children 
Operated Ottawa Public Health. It is a free and voluntary home visiting program that provides support while you are pregnant, after your baby is born and as your child grows up to four years old.  

The Monarch Centre 
An innovative multidisciplinary maternal and newborn health clinic in Ottawa, where registered nurses, board-certified lactation consultants and family doctors specialized in maternal and newborn care offer a wide range of services. These include all necessary breastfeeding supports, bilirubin checks for jaundice and full post-partum check-up and follow-up for mothers and their babies.

A service where you can Connect with a registered nurse day or night for free, secure and confidential health advice.

If you live in Quebec but gave birth in Ontario   
A pamphlet for parents living in Québec, but whose children were born outside the province. It explains why and how to inform Retraite Québec in order to receive Family Allowance payments.
